Can sore throat be treated by home remedies? Or is it necessary to take antibiotics? Why is sore throat accompanied by cough and cold too😢?

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery. Steam inhalation is also beneficial
