I have a sore throat since yesterday and also a cold my nose is flowing and I am feeling a bit feverish can you recommend some medicine

Gargle thrice daily with warm salt water and do steam inhalation. You can take antihistamine like cetrizine 10 mg at bedtime for running nose and paracetamol 500mg up to 3 times a day for fever or throat pain.
