Sore throat and blood in phelgm

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have cold and sore throat since last 15 days. From past few days my cough has worsened and I am observing blood in phelgm. I am using all home remedies including steam, hot termeric milk, gargelling with hot water, Have I developed secondary bacterial infection.? Should I take antibiotics like azythromycin?

Yes u needs antibiotics that too culture directed, i suggest you to give sample for culture sensitivity then go for empirical antibiotics if the culture report is delayed
