  4. Sore Neck with pain. Suggest what to do.

Sore Neck with pain
I woke up with a sore neck. It hurts when I move my neck specially when I try to look up. Ice pack helps for 20 mins and the pain comes back. I have taken a brufen but not much help. Pls suggest what to do.
