Sometimes am having pain inside my eyes.
Am experiencing pain inside eyes when seeing the computer or mobile, if am taking rest means am feeling somewhat better , its occurring sometimes but not in continuous manner About my eye condition: am having long site vision problem from the age of 15, now am having the power +5 on both the eyes, so want to consult the causes of pain in my eyes

Could be due to strain.  Please concentrate on lifestyle modification  like While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. To consult local ophthalmologist if symptoms persist or worsen.

Pl use Refresh tears eye drops,2drops 3 times a day. Pl decrease the screen time.pl do Eye Exercises. pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

It's because of constant stress on eyes , take break every 20 min near work and close eyes for 20 sec and look beyond window for 20 sec to relax your eyes
