These problems are due to overuse of smartphone, & computer leading to severe dryness causing all your symptoms, you should try to have normal blinking while working on computer & use lubricating eye drops 4-6 times regularly, with regards

Hi. It seems as per your description ,it is significant as your all problems are related to near work as u must have noticed,if not think about it ....newspaper,computer& book reading. If u noticed it or if I have brought it to u r notice either ways good at least we have something in common...and that is near work problem. At the age of 27 .....Most common problem of presbyopia is ruled out  considering your age of 27.congratulation! !! U r not presbyopic. That means age wise near vision problems which all of us face, at least u don't have it. So presbyopic glasses are ruled out for sure.. Congratulations again!!!! Now  coming back to your problem ...There are very few causes which I  can think of without  examination. ...... 1.  convervence insufficiency 2.  small but significant cylindrical glass power which must have been missed 3.  Are u suffering from any chronic illness. Reveiw your medical history .....you have  very good and high chances that u might be suffering from  one of the three  conditions mentioned above. But again as I always mention nothing can be said for sure without examination. But I still feel if u just focus on the above mentioned  three causes ...u might get u r answer. Consult your ophthalmologist as soon  as possible and get rid of your eye problem and have a normal comfortable near vision in your daily life .so that instead of dicomfort you will enjoy your near vision and also will be fruitful in your  career ..as u r not able to do too much of academic reading as it is producing discomfort and preventing you from excellence. My best wishes.
Next Steps
Review your medical history and may be focus on the causes which I have mentioned above. consult your ophthalmologist.

Hello Prolonged working on laptop/TV/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include a. Headaches b blurred vision c. Neck pain d redness in the eyes e. Eye strain f dry eyes sometimes watery eyes these symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions. Measures to reduce this include 1. Work under proper light. 2. Blink a lot. 3. Cold compresses 4. Use good lubricating eyedrop. As your age is 27 yrs now...So you will not need glasses now... If you want you may use antiglare glasses of zero power while driving and while working on screen to decrease stress on eyes Regards
