Some kind of pimple thing in my scalp
I was having normal hairfall from 2 -3 months but suddenly my hairfall increased massively.
I decided to shave my head and after shaving I found there were a lot of pimple type things in my head..
The image of my head after shaving is attached here .
It will be very helpful if you refer some medicinal shampoo or oil so I can get some relief.
Any suggestion is high appreciated.
