Acne Issue from 2-3 months

I am using these medicines regularly for the last 15 days along with AhaGlow facewash. I'm still getting acne regularly.
(I never had acne but last year I faced severe acne because of retinol, so I stopped using it and took treatment for it. Acne got in control. But from the last 2-3 months again I'm getting acne. Some are big painful boils and others are quite small. I have a lot of whiteheads as well which I got removed in a clean-up. )
