Some Insect Bite - It Has Been Over 48 Hours And These Lumps On

It has been over 48 hours and these lumps on a finger didn't reduce. Initially I thought it was just a mosquito bite but neither the itching reduced nor the size of the lump. Does it require treatment or should I wait more?
