Some bleeding after MTP treatment
Hi doctor.I went through MTP treatment today morning, doctor has given a tablet orally and inserted 4 tablets in vagina.adked me to take 1 tablet for every hour. After taking 3 tablets I started bleeding with clots and heavy crams, vomitings, motions so I took meftal spas tablet,after 1 hour pain was normal but bleeding is very less like just spots nd clots very little. Is everything alright??

Once you took MTP medicines there is pain and bleeding expected.dont worry .get in touch with your doctor if it is too heavy .you need to do an ultrasound after 2 weeks to rule out any retained products of conception

Do a ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness on day 14 of oral misoprostol

After Reading the symptoms u told,it seems the Medication has acted well and mah be the abortion process is done! But that's just a prediction! Watch for Bleeding PV/passage of clots/pain in abdomen/fever If anything severe, do contact yr gynecologist immediately Also do a recheck sonography after 2 weeks to confirm if the process of abortion is complete
