Hello, I have large open pores on my face and I'm looking for a permanent solution for this. These pores are the result of acne that I used to get during my Teen years. I have tried home remedies but it hasn't benefited me much. I have not used any medication/treatment for them yet.

The picture shown above is more like post acne scars then open pores. You will have to go under clinical treatment to even them out.
