Soft spot at 18 months
My baby's 18 months old. How long does it take for the fontanelle to close? Do I need to worry now? Does any food nutrients help with it? Do you recommend milk and egg to be included in the diet? Kindly help.

Sometimes it closes only by 2 yrs
Next Steps
Since she's on anti seizure medication she may develop vit d deficiency. That can delay fontanelle closure Can give her Calcimax syrup 5 ml twice a day as long as she's on those medicines
Health Tips
Yes. Milk is good for Calcium. Egg yolk for vit d. Also sun exposure
