Soframycin dried up on a scratch wound
Scratch wound on my shin by climbing rope in obstacle course. 10 days old wound. First 4 days , some ointment with bandage to cover the wound given by doctor. Next 2 days, wound open. Next 4 days soframycin applied on wound. Now there is a dried up layer of soframycin on my wound, that is not comimg out. Very mild occasional pains that dont bother me much. Please guide how to heal the wound completely .
