Forming small pus when scratch get wound
I have been suffering with this problem like it starts like a small pimple with pus of liquid it's getting itchy when I scratch that it getting red color skin and becoming it as a wound it's first started near thighs and gentiles now it's spreaded to lega and hand. What is the issue I have already used itraconazole and luliconazole liquid but no use. Can anyone tell what is the problem and prescribe me a medicene.
