Scratched wound with PUS

Question

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Since the last week I have been suffering with this wound on my left knee... I cannot able to place left knee without any support. I have used cipladine and betadine . But the PUS formation on wound didn't stop. Can u suggest better medication for this
