Human Nail Scratches - My Friend Had A Dirty Nail , Her

My friend had a dirty nail , her scratched my twice but the scratches are shallow but there is little bit of blood and elevation on wound. I had my last tetnus shot 2 months ago. Should I be worried? Please reply ASAP DOCTORS!
