Sodium level
Hi. My sodium level in body is 139.us it OK? Or is it towards lower end? I heard a Dr saying people with low sodium levels should not drink a lot of water. I have habit of drinking 2-3 glasses of water emptystomach. Should I stop thus practice?

Its normal. Don't worry Its summer season in India Don't reduce fluid intake unless a doctor specifically asks you to do so for some medical condition. Since you seem to not have any such condition, don't unnecessarily dehydrate yourself.
