Hi ,
Due to certain past bad experiences with people . i have a problem of social anxiety . i usually cut myself from people . thinking they will cause the same demeaning behavior towards me .. This has caused me low self esteem issues .. And weird loneliness . as i am living away from .. My focus has got affected in ny job .. I usually keep on checking on those ppl with whom i had a bad experience .. Due to covid situation i am stuck all alone also .. How do i deal with this .. I need to change my job also .. But me being an over thinker also.. Get stuck in bad experiences at times . i actually dont have a single good friend expect my mother ..

The problem of social anxiety is that it will worsen if you avoid people. More you approach more you improve. Be clear that not all people are same. If you feel that people around are good, try to approach them. Medication and psychotherapy are also available if you feel that problem is too much, need to contact psychiatrist.
