How do over come this problem ...is there any tablet or treatment for this ...I am getting low day by day ...I can't conentrate on my life ...I get tense wr ever I go ...I can't be center of attraction. ...I feel urinating if I get tense ...plz help me out doctor. ..is there any tablets ...do others have same problem

Hi,
I appreciate the fact that you have an intellectual insight to your problem. It sounds like there could be an underlying depression along with your social anxiety. Yes there are effective tablets to curb your anxiety and along with that there effective counseling therapies also available which you should try out.
