Social Anxiety Disorder
I feel afraid of interacting with anybody even with my parents when i want to discuss some issues With them.I always feel what people will think about me,why are they always staring me.I feel comfortable with myself only.But i really dont like this.I want to grow , to interact with people, to enjoy my life but i am not able to do dat please help me

I am sorry to hear about your condition. This muat be a very difficult situation for you to cope with. The complaints which you have mentioned appear to be of social anxiety disorder. Often it starts in adolescence or eat adulthood and can be very disabling. I suggest you to please consult a mental health professional for this problem. You might require medicines as well as comprehensive psychotherapy. Hope you do well

You already started with social approach, posting the query. first of all, you understand of what you are afraid off, it might be the way they (people)interact/ communicate, related to anything/ it might be doubt of self only. are you not confident to yourself and the reason behind this.? Introspect these things and you can visit any psychiatrist or psychologist in your place for better guidance and assessment. take care, stay positive.
