Soarthroat(pharyngitis)in first trimeste

I am 2 month pregnant And I caught cold n soar throat... Pharyngitis. No fever no phlegm no cough I have only cold n soar throat . Though it has reduced in 4 days....im worried whether it affects baby.. Can u please tell me whether such soar throat pharyngitis would harm baby or any defects?
