Snoring too noisy
Hello Doctor,
From last one year am snoring more which is disturbing my friends sleep in room which made me to worry a lot since by thinking my future.
Kindly suggest me some treatement which will stop it completely. I have an medium size belly.

hey, it could be due to obstructive respiratory problems , so make sure you don't have any respiratory problem, even with short neck ,obese , abnormal posture can be reason so sleep to one side
