Snoring ,Suffocation and breathlessness
Hi im having snoring issue as most of the tim emy nose is blocked in night due to which i feel suffocated.Also if my ears are closed due to wax i feel suffocated and until my wax is not cleared suffocation continues and have to go in open to take deep breath.

Hi...based on the history given...it is difficult to come a provisional diagnosis without examining you in person...
But I can suggest some empirical treatment for nasal blockage...

take tab.sinarest twice daily after food...and also xylomist nasal drops two drops in each nostril twice daily for 5days...and steam inhalation twice daily...
