At the age of 25 only, I am suffering from snoring problem. Sometimes I snore too loud. I do consume alcohol but that too occasionally( twice a month). Also, I smoke ( 1 Ciggrate in a day).
I work in night shift, so my sleep cycle has became mess.
Please help me in overcoming this problem.

Please get yourself evaluated by an ENT. Get a nasolaryngoscopy done to give information regarding level of obstruction causing snoring. Also a sleep study will tell regarding severity of snoring. After this appropriate treatment plan can be charted out for you.
