Snoring issue
I have been noticing heavy to moderate snoring. My BMI is around 25. Would like to understand the issue & suggestion for this disorder. I do walking every day. I don't have any other health issues & lead a normal life. I would like to follow a medication & suggested exercise to control this problem. Pl suggest.
