Most common cause of snoring considering your age is Deviated nasal septum commonly known as DNS.
It is also seen in obese people who have very short neck , hence while sleeping, larynx gets compressed and makes the normal breathing louder.
You can Consult a ENT specialist first to rule out DNS.
If that's the cause then a simple day care procedure called as Septoplasty will help you.
