You may have allergic rhinitis which could be seasonal. For the symptomatic relief you can use histafree-M tablet once daily for a few weeks and azeflow nasal spray twice daily.1 gm of vitamin c daily is helpful. But you need to get the CBC , absolute eosinophil count and IgE levels and do consult with a ENT specialist for further management.
Hi dear
Please let me know if this is the first time that it has happened or do u have a history of seasonal or other allergies.
If it's the first time the u can try taking tab levocetrizine 10 mg at night for 5 days and see if it improves .
If u have history of it then I would recommend u to do a few tests to find out if u are allergic
Please consult for further queries
Take care
