Sneezing, cough, sore throat

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Initially I just had sneezing with little cough and watering of nose. I ate levocetrizine 5 mg for 4 days, when I left the medicine the symptoms got worse. Now I am sneezing almost all day, I have cough with sputum and I also have sore throat which is very painful. My nose is blocked all day. Kindly suggest what to do...
