Hello.
My baby girl is 3 months 9 days old. We had taken her out for temple yesterday. The weather was quite cold. From midnight she has sneezing cold, a bit of cough and temperature of 99.4 F
Could anyone help me on what medication has to be taken.

Better to take a consult for child below 1 year.
Encourage more feeds.
Nasoclear nasal spray, 4 times a day
For cold
Avoid medicines for cold and cough as child is below 6 months.
Calpol drops for temp above 100F (according to weight, not mentioned)
Danger signs: Fever spike above 100F of more than 2 episodes or not taking feeds, irritable or lethargic
