You can't stop smoking it all of a sudden..but you can definitely try decreasing the number of cigarettes you smoke in a day...
Try to slowly decrease the quantity of cigarettes you smoke in one particular day..
Say for example in a day if you smoke around 8 cigarettes...
Then slowly reduce the number by cutting one cigarette..which comes to 7..then the next day you smoke only 7 cigarettes....do this for 3 to 4 days continuously...and then again reduce the number to 6 and then again continue for another 3 to 4 days like that with 6 cigarettes....in this way you have to cut down one by one....slowly taking some time and giving mind some space...j4r
Note ;- Don't try to fasten the process...
As it should go very very slowly...in this way may be after some time you will definitely come out of this bad habit.. for this you have to certainly give more time for the mind to adjust and calm down and understand..
