Smoking Cessation 1st month
I quit smoking a month ago since i was tested covid positive with mild symptoms. I have fully recovered 2 weeks ago but have continued to be a non smoker. I feel weak , dull and tired. Feel like need to take long breath at times . Is it normal considering i i have been a smoker for 20 yrs almost and 1st time such a long break. I intend to be a non smoker should be worried about any withdrawal symptoms and how do i continue to manage this cessation .
