Smoking addiction
Actually I've been smoking so much on lockdown and I wanted to stop it since I couldn't be productive and stopped being active day to day . I developed strong procrastination which leads me to be incomplete on my daily task and stressed . I tried to do yoga and meditation but I couldn't do it regularly. I was in good shape but I had a break up and I gained so much weight and I lost my self control. Is there anything which you could suggest me . I really don't want any medication related to quit it . I just need someone to help me out through words so that I will follow it .
