Hello .
I am a weed smoker as well tobaco being doing it for while on and off mostly I stopped once for 6 months and some time for 3 however I want to stop it and wanted to stop it from before and I need help with that and even in sense of medication and treatment. . To even what type or to whom I have to consult a Dr for it ..I have been slightly tapering off of doing it .. will need ur advice .
