You might have a skeletal orthodontic problem. Any concrete diagnosis and subsequent solutions or treatment plans can better be done once you get an orthodontic check up done at a dentist, preferably a specialized orthodontist. Your dentist might ask you to take a couple of X rays like lateral cephalogram and an OPG panaromic from a specialized diagnostic Centre to help better diagnose and treat. All the best.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist, preferably a specialized orthodontist.

Firstly visit your dentist who would diagnose if the problems are with the teeth position or inclination weather they are protruding or reclining or if the problem is with the jaws in which case the option of treatment is to undergo orthognathic surgery where the surgical correction of protruding or retruding upper or lower jaw is done followed by orthodontic treatment .If the problem is with teeth then the treatment would probably be either only orthodontic treatment or composite veneers or ceramic laminates Or ceramic or zirconia crowns which would be done following a mock up diagnostic model and photographs and radiographs

This could be a case of skeletal discrepancy.... this can be corrected but you need to undergo a proper clinical examination and some xrays for most accurate treatment planning.... Regards
