Small white spots on gum
Hii.. i've noticed small white patches on my upper and lower gums .. it painless and not even bothering me.. im also a smoker so should i be worried about these spots.. Im attaching the pics

Quit smoking habit As of now it's curable Start medicine:: Locally apply kenacort gel twice daily for a month Tab lycostar once daily for a month

Its mostly due to tobacco smoking. Quit the habit completely and do never restart. The patch, if non scrapable, do not worry, it may not get eliminated. But won't cause harm. Do not apply any gel or balm intraorally. Have TOMATO as much as possible. Maintain oral hygiene.
Next Steps
can go for lasers to eliminate the patch only after a proper dental visit clinically.

as of now just quit any kind of alcohol consumption,tobacco smoking or chewing habits completely.

The history of the condition is not complete.It might be a candidiasis r leukoplakia r lichenplanus . To have a proper diagnosis biopsy should be done . Stop the habit of smoking completely . Visit a dentist and get it treated as soon as possible.
Next Steps
Apply candid mouth paint once daily after dinner at nite. apply kenacort gel once daily after food in the morning. this is temporary treatment only
