There's a small white spot on back of the skin. It's bit soft to touch and no other symptoms. What is it and what needs to be done please suggest

It's idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis An aging related change which can be ignored as it's harmless and doesn't have a specific treatment Advise: do nothing
