Small ulcer caused by fleshlight trama
3 weeks ago i got very rough with a fleshlight without moderate lubrication resulting in a small 3mm ulceration under foreskin. The ulcer seems to not be able to heal and is now producing quite alot of clear fluid that drains from it. Polysporine ointment left under the foreskin doesn't seem to be changing the healing process and this is no pain unless i touch the ulcer directly. I know this is a trama induced ulcer. My question is how do i get the healing process to start?
