Small tiny pimples with pus on face
I always have small tiny pimples with pus on my face, sometimes its itchy..i used mometasone &fusidic acid combination for the past 2 years like once a week on the pimple site only (like dot dot)...when i used this ointment its gone...but after 5 to 7 days it comes back again...most common site is around my jaw line,my forehead and under my eyes...i don't know what to do,i know that mometasone is a steroid cream and not to use on regular basis or for a long term,so sometimes i use salicyclic or clindamycin or any pimple/acne ointment to replace it,results not good as mometasone...what i want the most is to cure this tiny pimple with pus from coming back again and again...to take an average i have this tiny pimples once every week...Can you please help me with my problems?

You need to wean yourself off mometasone cream. In the long term it will be beneficial. Your skin is so used to it for two years that it may take several weeks for you to get off it.
