Hello Doctor, i found a small red bump on my palette one week ago and it's actually not visible as a bump outside. I can feel it only when I touch it with hand or tongue. It is paining only if I press it with hand. I'm afraid what it is. Please help.

Clinical examination is better for a right diagnosis,and u dint mention how it feel soft or hard .
If it is soft then it might be swelling due to injury while brushing or any blunt thing hit ur palate it heals by itself if any infection then u need doc help .
