Hello doc, need your advices. My daughter 3.5 years . She has small pimples seen on her body. Not able to understand it. To whom we need to consult? What medication we need to start? Is this harmful?

Its a viral infection.it used to spread. So it's better that to be removed at nearby dermatologist clinic for faster results.it takes hardly 5 mins to remove it
