Small red/white bumps on my tongue.
There are numerous small red/white bumps on my tongue. It gives ticklish feeling normally but when I eat spicy food, it pains a lot. I have this now for more than 3 weeks.

The bumps on the tongue are mainly the papillae presnt which gets infammed may be due to some medications or intake of prolonged hot and spicy food..Get them examined properly from a dentist to diagnose the condition so that a proper medication or gel can be started for further treatment..

The red/white bumps are normal tongue papillae. They occasionally get inflammed and gives soreness. Get some symptomatic relief with topical gel like mucopain or dologel. Once the symptoms have subsided than start scrapping your tongue regularly to keep it clean.

Have you visited a dentist specifically an oral pathologist. If not consulted go to one asap red white bumps on tongue may be inflamed Papillae which may be irritating due to some cause. Dentist may provide you with proper medicated mouthwash or medicines
