Small red itchy spot with sticky water
I have small red spots starting in stomach and back area , now in all body, it's very small and very itching all time, mostly at night, sticky water discharge from red spots redness rash, please suggest medicine, I'm in very anterior part of a village no dermatologist in 100km, please suggest medicine so I can booked online..I'm attaching images of infected part. I request doctors please suggest medicine lotion or whatever it cures as soon.. to much itching and very small side red red bumps.
