Hi... This is keratosis pilaris which is blockage of the hair follicle openings with dead scales. Simple solution for this is to apply coconut oil daily to the arms immediately after bath. Works in dislodging the scales. Sorry there is no permanent treatment for this condition. But it gets better with age.

Hello,
This is a typical case of keratosis Polaris where your skin protein thats keratin is overproduced and its been accumulated over your pores forming acneiform lesions that are having right now.
No need to worry as these might as your age with time.
