If it's a small cut over finger just wash the area thoroughly under running water & once it's dry put a band aid. This will suffice. If you have any antibiotic cream you can apply .

Take a TT injection and do a tight dressing first if the wound gap is not wide First control the bleeding

Apply dettol, savlon or betadine on the would and do apply a bandage In case of severe pain Rx diclofenac 100mg should be taken only for severe pain

Clean with antiseptic lotion( like betadine) cover it baind aid ( which is easily available at home) . Avoid it from getting wet for at least 48 hrs . If u will keep ur wound dry , it will heal fast , u can apply some antiseptic powder ( neosporin or betadine ) on it . This much is sufficient for a small cut
