Small bumps,lower eyelid
Hello. I have small bumps on my lower eyelid. They have been there for last 1 month. No pain or discomfort. Sometimes itches a little bit. I have been using regular eye drops but they are not working. Please suggest me what I should do.

From the photo, it is most probably a lid infection like stye or infected chalazion. But 1 month is too long a period for a stye. It usually resolves much faster. Try warm compresses for another week. If it doesn't resolve, then review with your Ophthalmologist to rule out lid growths which can mimic a stye. If they are chalazia, then you may need a small surgery to curette them.

Do hot fomentation preferably two times a day. Use ocupol eye ointment at night. Rub the ointment on lid margins. Do it for 1 month atleast and even if it doesn't resolve then it might need surgical removal but for that see an ophthalmologist.

These are marginal chalazia . If fomentation does not cure then go for curette evacuation.
