Small bumps in armpit
I have small tiny bumps in armpit. It's not visible but when I touch that, slight painful. It's in both armpits. Its very tiny. Please let me know what can be done to reduce this. Now a days I did not excercise and mostly to bed and i am a obese person. Thank you.
