From the image and your description, the lesions appear to be pearly dome-shaped papules, some with central umbilication—suggestive of molluscum contagiosum, a viral skin infection. The fact that they rupture with watery secretion further supports this. However, differential diagnosis includes folliculitis (bacterial), genital warts, or rarely lichen nitidus depending on evolution.
Next Steps
Please visit your nearest dermatologist for confirmation and appropriate in-clinic treatment. Options may include cryotherapy, curettage, or topical medications depending on severity and spread.
Health Tips
Avoid touching or scratching the lesions to prevent spread. Maintain good personal hygiene and avoid sharing towels or personal items. Also, consider evaluation of sexual partners if lesions are in the genital area, as molluscum can sometimes spread through close contact.
