Can anyone please suggest diet plan for slow transit constipation..I followed few diet plan nothing worked out ..
Daily I am suffering from constipation

Due to constipation take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.. Take WArm water.
Early morning take lukewarm lemon water with one tsp roasted flax seed.
Bed time hot milk with soaked munnaka or raisin.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet
Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
You can try having more fibrous fruits and vegetables and water consumption. Also try having some ghee or butter in your diet (do not take if u have any heart disease or diabetes). Or you can consult me online for further information
Take fibre rich diet daily intake is 30 gm to 25 gms of fibre.
Eat banana, Salad, papaya still its not working take isabgol powder (husk ) with water bed time.
Drink lots of water 3-4lit water.
Do regular exercise
Avoid junk food
Sleep 7-8 hours and main avoid stress.
