Slow Decrease of HCG in Ectopic pregnanc
Hi, My wife is diagnosing Ectopic pregnancy. Echogenic focus was seen on Left adnexa adjacent to the left ovary. Our gynaecologist suggested methotrexate injection on Dec 30. Below are the recent beta HCG values after the injection. *30th Dec - 1st dose of methotrexate injection 7th Jan - 601.97 9th Jan - 2nd dose of methotrexate injection 12th Jan - 524.21 16th Jan - 319.92 20th Jan - 245.12 24th Jan - 210.03* As per doctor, the Beta HCG values dropping slowly is a concern. Kindly confirm if we need to worry about slow dropping of beta HCG. Also please advise if my wife can travel and do normal household activities.
