Slipped disc L5 S1 , pain in left leg
MRI report Diffuse posterior bulge of L5-S1 disc with medium sized left paracentral protrusion, compressing left budding nerve root , indenting thecal sac and encroaching bilateral neural foramina. Screening through cervico dorsal spine reveal:-  Loss of cervical lordosis.  Mild posterior bulge of C6-7 disc partially effacing anterior subarachnoid space  Spinal cord is normal in thickness and signal intensity
